Thank You for Your Word that You hold above Your name and thank You that Your word never returns to You void. Father, I ask in the name of Jesus to bless , protect, guide, guard and led every person playing it is written with wisdom, knowledge and understanding of who You are in their lives, let purpose and destiny be fulfilled, in and through them let Your love overflow and help them share Your Love, Amen. Okays…Let’s play

Next, You Start

The first square you start on is the In The beginning square. Your identity is important and this scripture is the foundation, the root, the beginning of you, and because your identity will be challenged through your life, It’s important to know and remember whose image you are created in. Why is it important? The first thing Jesus was tempted with was not food, it was His identity. Read Matthew 4:4 He was on a 40 day fast and this is a 40 squares journey. Let’s Play!

SHARE A TESTIMONY SQUARE

When you land on this sqaure you have to tell everyone one good thing that God has done for you. This scripture is so powerful I have to make a quick video for you to listen to what the LORD said when you land on this square.

KEEP PRAYING SQAURE

Always read what is on the square out aloud before doing what it says you must do. When you land on this square you must pray for someone. Someone ask me, can they pray for anyone? my answer was going to be no because it was intended for praying for someone that is playing the game with you but then the LORD stopped me and said “Yes”, they can pray for anyone that He would place in the heart at that time. God is so amazing. Think of someone that will come to you later and say, I thank God I missed and accident and then you will be reminded that someone prayed for them in the game.

PRAISE & WORSHIP SQUARE

You have to the read psalm 150…which say’s “Let every thing that has breath praise the LORD.” Then you can pull your phone out and put on you favourite praise and worship song and give God praise, yes …sing a new sound to the LORD. Happy moments. Lets Play!

ANSWERED PRAYER SQAURE

Give thanks and rejoices for you have just received an answered prayer. You advance 7 spaces, yes…move up 7 squares. Remember God’s answers are Yes and Amen.

PICK A PROMISE CARD

When you land on any square that says you must pick a promise card then more fun starts…you have 60 seconds to study and recite the promises on that card. There are rewards and punishments but also Grace when you have to pick a promise card.

Go Back Square

You thought that you were not going to be punished…smiley face…Remember God is merciful and Just …remember…He loves the sinner but hates the sin…So, each “Go Back” square has an important lesson. For this square, it’s a reminder that without faith it is impossible to please God because faith without works is dead. Let us love our neighbor like the good samaritan and not just read about it. Do what the word of God say’s.

THE NEW BONUS GAME

Grow deeper in the word of God with The Shepherd game. It’s an extension of It is written so you will love it too. You have to take one of your promises cards and search each promise for either FAITH, LOVE,HOPE,GRACE or PEACE and when you do, you have to present your case to the shepherd and the winner receives the card and the points awarded on each card. The one with the highest points wins that round. Something amazing happens when you intentionally search the scripture for love. Try it. Lets Play!.
